Your membership runs for exactly 28 days from the day you sign up, then renews automatically. Unlike a calendar month, your billing date stays consistent — if you join on the 5th, you'll always renew on the 5th of the month (approximately).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you cancel, your membership stays fully active until the end of the current 28-day period. You won't be charged again after that. You can also reactivate before the period ends if you change your mind.
What happens to unused bookings?
Unused visits don't roll over — they reset with each new 28-day period. We recommend booking your visits early in the period so you don't miss out.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the period. Downgrades are also immediate, with a prorated credit.
Where do the visits take place?
We come to you — at home or work across Bilgola, Avalon, Newport, Clareville and surrounding Northern Beaches suburbs.
